But don’t worry. The following advice can help you avoid digital eyestrain. Try them out.
◆When using a computer, first sit in your chair and extend (伸展)your arms in front of you. Your palm (手掌)should rest comfortably on the screen.
◆When you are using mobile phones, keep them at least 30cm from your eyes. Try not to use your smartphone in direct sunlight.
◆Blink (眨眼) more often when you are looking at the screen. This can help you stop dry eyes.
◆Remember to take a 20-20-20 break: every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and look at something 20 feet (about 6 meters) away.
◆Spend less time in front of screens. One to two hours a day is OK for your eyes.
